It is an impressive hotel with outstanding view of the sea. The staff has always been very kind. The property is on a great location right by the surrounding hills/cliffs and vegetation would meet the sea and the hotel's restaurant. This is a venue go-to for Kranevo!

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a tranquil area, close to Close to restaurants / boutiques and the surrounding hills/cliffs and vegetation would meet the sea and the public beach. Loved our a double room with balcony. The location was best possible and unbeatable - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Had a real good stay in early september, will come back.

We had a fabulous stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The room was beautifully decorated, with a touch of romance for our honeymoon. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of champagne and fresh fruits waiting for us in the room. The food at the hotel was exceptional, leaving us satisfied after every meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had a pleasant experience. The daily room cleaning and fresh sheets and towels made us feel pampered. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing, and the private beach was a lovely bonus. a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended.

The hotel's location was stunning, close to the surrounding hills/cliffs and vegetation and the seashore from Albena and Kranevo, a coastal village, part of Balcik. Also, Black Sea Ice Arena Sports Complex was 1 mile away.

The food was delicious and varied, with different lunch and dinner options daily. The breakfast was the same every day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even changing a broken toilet seat. Guests were provided with free sunbeds, and towels required a small deposit which was returned upon return. The hotel had live music in the evenings, and the bar offered a variety of drinks including wine, beer, and strong alcoholic beverages. The accommodations were comfortable and nicely decorated, with a pleasant sky bar on the terrace. The hotel was located just steps away from a clean and sandy beach.

We recently stayed at Sunny Castle in Kranevo for our first visit to Bulgaria. We were impressed by the quick check-in process and the attentive staff. The hotel's location, right on the beach, provided stunning views from our room. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. The daily cleaning service ensured a clean and fresh room each day. The highlight of our stay was the excellent food, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. We were also pleased with the free parking and the availability of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sunny Castle. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were impeccably clean. Our kids loved the play area, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was truly impressive, something that didn't go unnoticed.

The rooms are spacious, equipped with a king size bed, air conditioner, and led TV. The hotel staff provides daily cleaning and excellent services. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, with salads, fruits, and main courses available. Facilities include the bar, live music, and juicy watermelons provided every afternoon.

In common with most places in the country, smoking is permitted in the common areas of the hotel.

there weren't enough sunbeds for all guests. the internet connection was very slow, and the TV was outdated.

We spent New Year at a hotel by the coast. The staff was very friendly and the food was decent. The hotel had a wonderful location with a beautiful view of the sea and the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony on New Year's Eve.

There were some downsides to our stay. We were disappointed that the hot water in the shower was limited.
